KYN 61 40.5 switchgear

KYN 61-40.5 steel-clad movable-type AC metal closed switchgear, suitable for indoor three-phase AC 50Hz power system with rated voltage of 40.5kV, used to receive and distribute power and control、protect and monitor the circuit. The switchgear is equipped with a safe and reliable interlock device, with a perfect "five prevention" function.

The switchgear consists of two parts: cabinet and removable parts (handcart). The cabinet is divided into four different functional units by partition, namely, busbar chamber, circuit breaker (handcart) room, relay instrument room and cable room. The removable parts can be equipped with vacuum circuit breaker, sulfur hexafluoride circuit breaker, voltage transformer, lightning arrester, fuse, isolated handcart, etc. Considering the effect of the structure of internal fault arc, the strict arc starting test done to ensure the safety of operators and equipments.

The shell and partition of the switchgear are assembled with coated aluminum-zinc steel plate which is processed and bent by CNC machine tool, and connected with high strength bolts. The front and rear facade paint adopts baking after electrostatic spraying, to realize that the surface has good impact resistance, corrosion performance and beautiful appearance. The whole cabinet has high precision and strong corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, and because of the use of folding process, the cabinet is of overall light weight, high mechanical strength, beautiful appearance than other similar equipment cabinet.
